My very first experience with Puradak chicken was in Busan in 2018.
I didn’t know what I was getting into. When I order fried chicken I do not go out of my comfort zone (I usually just order Goobnae).

But I don’t know why what got into me when I saw this unique Puradak chicken menu, black aglio chicken.
Oh My, it was one of the best fried chicken I ever had.
It is slightly nutty and soy saucy and the fried garlic gives a kick.

“Toowoomba” started as a pasta at Outback Steakhouse.
It used to be a popular menu, but according to wiki, only Korea and Brazil have that menu.
Because of its popularity in Korea, you can youtube Toowoomba ramen “투움바 라면 레시피,” toowoomba pasta “투움바 파스타 레시피,” and see many recipes.
Toowoomba chicken is a cream sauce fried chicken. If you are into carbonara or cream pasta, you will absolutely love it.
It has a good amount of cheese and sauce, but still crunchy and crispy.
Because of its color and very appetite looking fried chicken, it became one of the most popular fried chicken to do Mukbang.

You can order your Puradak chicken from Shuttle.
They delivery around Itaewon area.
If you are not staying anywhere near Itaewon, it would be better to go to the restaurant.
It is almost in every town.
You need to go on Google map and type “푸라닭 + your neighborhood.” Type puradak in Korean unless it doesn’t work very well.
