Jin Go Gae New Malden
Jin Go Gae is a Korean BBQ restaurant in London and it is the most popular Korean restaurant among the locals in New Malden.
If you don’t have a car, it is a bit hard to get to Jin Go Gae in New Malden, because it is closer to Motspur Park Station instead of New Malden station.

Jin Go Gae Menu
Jin Go Gae menu is pretty extensive with dishes that you cannot easily find it in central London.
But most people come for Korean BBQ. One thing that is different from other Korean BBQ restaurants are they give you side dishes for free.
I should be free anyways, but all of Korean restaurants in London charges for side dishes.
So it is a huge plus for customers visiting Jin Go Gae.
Recently they started adding extra charges for scallion salad and lettuce which is a pity. Because what Jin Go Gae made special was their no charge policy on side dishes and BBQ essentials.
Another big reason for going to Jingogae is for the charcoal grills. You cannot find it in London but only in Korean BBQ restaurants in New Malden.
But the biggest reason Jin Go Gae New Malden is special is cause of Ganjang Gejang in London.
Ganjang Gejang London
Ganjang Gejang is a soy marinated crabs which is a delicacy in Korea. It is not the easiest to make and also not cheap.
It is hard to find ganjang gajang in London, but I finally found it at JinGoGae.
Ok, normally when you make Ganjang Gaejang , you use blue crab cause it is softer, but it seems like they used hard shell crab which was a slight disappointment (But it was still good, just harder to eat).
Not only that they have great a la carte dishes. I haven’t tried it but Hanguk Hapa who grew up in New Malden all her life told me it is great.
