I just got a message from my travel company that people are slowly booking hotels to travel so that I should be getting ready to work again. Meanwhile let’s talk about the newly renovated American Airlines Lounge Miami review.
It was very unfortunate that American airlines lounge was fully renovated but then Corona happened.
American Airline lounge now has an expensive seating, a really nice specialty cocktail bar, a shower room and a huge wine table.
American Airline Lounge Miami Location
If you are going to New York, the American Airlines Lounge Miami is always so far from the gate.
There are two lounges, but the one I go is the one near D30. If you pass D30, you will see an escalator. You go up there and the lounge is there.
- Opening Hours. 6 :00 – 21:30
The second AA lounge is above D15 (3rd floor).
AS Lounge Miami Worth It?
Yes, with the newly renovated lounge it is absolutely worth it.
It has more space and a nice free buffet (Not like those cheap lounges where you can only get cereal).
chef cooking meals on the spot what you usually see on first class was at Admirals club.
They had steamed lotus buns that day, but he said it changes often. And it was nice!
Most lounges do have a wine / liquor table, but AA Admiral lounge had an extensive list of whiskeys and wine.
Also who does not like our favourite Just Water. Don’t tell people but I packed like 5 of them before getting on board…
Who Can Use it?
Anybody who booked a AA flight above business class or One World Status (Not like bronze but usually the second lowest will do).
You can also bring one guest with you.
How much is a day pass to American Airlines lounge?
You can buy a day pass for American Airlines Lounge, but it will cost about 60 dollars to get in. Of course, you will need a same day ticket for the airline.
But is it worth it?
I don’t think so.
You can literally buy priority pass for almost any lounges all around the world for 300 dollars.
Or you can opt in for a 100 dollar annual fee with 30 dollar charges for any lounge entry at the airport.
OK. It would only be worth it if you fly more than 10 times a year. But I have Priority Pass and it is a life saver.
