Ippudo Ramen Shiromaru Classic

According to a Michelin Star Chef, These Are the Best Japanese Ramen in London

Here is the list of best ramen in London. Some are my opinions and one is actually recommended by the three Michelin star restaurant chef at Araki

Kanadaya

Kanadaya is the ramen restaurant in London that Araki chef recommended.

Araki is a three michelin star omakase restaurant and I went there one day. people started chatting about their favourite ramen restaurant, and the chef said Kanadaya.

I agree. Kanadaya serves one of the best ramen in London.

They also got great drinks.

Monohon

Monohon is My favourite and it is also all my friends’ favourite. why?

Mentaiko Cream Mazemen is just so good. It is not watered down and has a strong fishy taste.

The most popular dish among my friends and I are :

  • Mentaiko Cream Mazemen
  • Taiwan Maze Soba
  • The Big Boy Spicy Special

Bone Daddies

Bone Daddies has been around the block for quite a bit.

I would say it probably was few of the ramen places that opened even before ramen was becoming a thang in London.

This is also my first ramen restaurant in London.

Bone Daddies Tantanmen
Tantanmen

The reason I love Bone Daddies is that they have specials every month. And they collaborate with very good restaurants.

For instance, this month they are collaborating with .

IPPUDO

Ramen lovers already know Ippudo probably is the one of few ramen shops that trail blazed through western culture.

Ippudo Ramen Karaka Men

I love this place cause they always have that extra noodle you can order.

Supa Ya

I have only been once, but Supa Ya was very memorable.

It is very different than your normal Japanese ramen, and I think that is why it was so memorable.

It had a taste of Chinese and Japanese.

Uzumaki

It is not the best ramen, but Uzumaki is the best ramen cause the whole restaurant dedicates to Naruto.

Not only you can feel the passion of the owner, but the ramen feels like the ramen Naruto might have.

I even made a video about it and you can check it out below.

SHORYU

I used to like Shoryu ramen, but since it became a bigger chain, it went downhill.

The same goes to Tonkotsu Ramen which is just bleh.

Hakata was another one I tried I thought was bleh.

Conclusion

  • If you want a good ramen go to Kanadaya.
  • If you want dry noodles Monohon is the best
  • If you want Japanese ramen with a twist of English influence Bone Daddies it is
  • If you are an anime fan, Uzumaki is the place
