I can still remember how that FRIED CHICKEN used to make me smile
And I knew if I had my chance
That I could make those people eat
And maybe they’d be happy for a while.

Oops…. was it “dance” instead of “fried chicken?” So I had this Beyonce Lemonade 11 chapter moment where denial, anger, accountability, forgiveness, resurrection, hope, and redemption with my comfort foods in Hawaii. Instead of dancing shirtless and just drinking protein shake for dinner, we went all out eating I decided to dance after Hawaii.

denial: Da Kitchen, I was in denial when I saw the most famous loco moco, spam musubi and thinking it will make me skinny pretty and be ready for disco dancing. Loco moco and spam musubi are must tries in Hawaii because I say so and Da Kitchen definitely serves one of the best!

anger: Morimoto, so, I realized that eating spam musubi and fried food are no good. So I went to Morimoto for healthier food, but the bill made me mad!! Morimoto is a famous restaurant in New York and they opened one in Andaz Hotel Maui Hawaii. It is tasty and romantic but prepare for a nice fat bill!

accountability: But who can we blame but me

Forgiveness: Maui Fish’n Chip I forgive myself and the lovely fried food and we had a fish and chips party!! OK! This is the best Fish and Chips shop you will find anywhere in the world. Do not say anything and just GO NOW!

Resurrection: Monkey Pod, Pizza with white sauce, garlic, parmesan has brought me back to life. This is a place where you will enjoy a fine dining without dropping few hundreds.

Hope: Paia Fishmarket Restaurant has given me hope with me making me dance again. It is close to Barmuda Triangle where all the bars are around. It was perfect to eat dinner at Paia and head to Barmud to party!

Redemption: Barmuda Triangle here and DANCE AND FRIED CHICKEN

Kihei is a town in Maui Hawaii on southwest shore. It is the sunniest, driest end of the island, so it is always safe to visit this part of town if you don’t like rain. If you are looking places to eat you should try all of those. It’s not expensive but you will be satisfied!!
