I know there are many good American restaurants in Kew West, but I wanted to focus and give you all the best seafood restaurants in Key West.
Even though Key West is a small town, there are many amazing restaurants. But when in Rome do as the romans do. We shall eat the freshest and meatiest seafood when we get a chance.
Especially for an Korean-American who loooove seafood (but can’t eat much cause it’s not cheap), I had to try as many seafood restaurants I could.
Trust me. The list I give you will make you have the best seafood in Key West.
DJ’s Clam Shack
Dj’s Clam Shack is on Duval St.
I think cause it was featured on Food Network, it is quite busy anytime you go.
I went when the cruise arrived, and all the cruise people took over the shack. So I had to wait a little bit.
I words got out that that DJ’s Clam Shack is a place to go.

They are famous for their fried clams.
Most of the people were having lobster roll, but I had a lobster roll before coming to Key West from Miami.

So I skipped the lobster roll and instead went for the Mahi Mahi tacos. It was equally good, but I would stick with the lobster roll next time.
Conch Republic Seafood Conch Company
This was probably one of the best seafood restaurants in Key West, and my favourite.
Think of it as the Key West’s Joe’s Crab.
Ok, all my pictures are bad because I was new to blogging and didn’t still know how to take pictures, but trust me. Don’t judge a book by its cover.
If you want to see more pictures of the food and place check it out here.
But if you want a good seafood, YOU MUST GO to Conch Republic Seafood Conch Company.
Little Pearl
This little pearl was a little gem.
If you are looking for a romantic restaurant in Key West, Little Pearl it is.
Again, it was before I was blogging, so I didn’t take pictures of the food, but you can check it out here with thousands of pictures.
Cafe Sole
Cafe Sole was an amazing restaurant.
Every single dish was amazing, but the vibe was skewed towards older generation.
It felt like everybody kind of knew each other and I was in Mar-a-lago for dinner. You know what I mean.
But don’t get me wrong. The food was amazing.
Sal’s Ballyhoo’s
Stone crab is a must if you are visiting Florida.
You can of course have them at Conch Republic of Joe’s Crab, but Sal’s Ballyhoo is going to hit you differently.
You can have unlimited stone crab, and I think I ate too much I could’ve gotten mercury poisoning (jk).
You know we Asians on how we can hog on some good seafood lol.
If you are doing a Miami to Key West road trip, I have to insist that you stop by here.
If I didn’t do the un-limited seafood, I really wanted try Bayou pasta which looked absolutely amazing.
Hogfish Bar and Grill
Hogfish bar and grill is in stock island which is about 15 minute drive from Duval st.
Not only the view is so relaxing and peaceful, their hogfish sandwich is amazing (I mean the bar is called hogfish lol).
Not just me but everybody on the review sites are raving about this bar, so you can trust me on this restaurant.
I think Hogfish bar is a perfect place to wind down and have a cocktail after a long Miami to Key West roadtrip.
