Since I am in Miami, I just want to talk about this one place I fell in love, Juvia. But with Japanese to Korean to Steak, Juvia Miami menu is all over the place, and I want to tell you things you should order and you shouldn’t.
Juvia Miami
If you walk down Lincoln Road, at the end there is a famous 111 Lincoln Road parking structure.
And you look up in penthouse, you will see Juvia.
Juvia serves Asian fusion from Japanese, Korea to steaks, and nothing can actually disappoint you.
Juvia also offers a view that you won’t get easily in Miami whether you sit at the corner or at the terrace.
It is already one of local’s favorite places for food and drink.
AMBIENCE
You go to Rainbow Room in 30 Rock or Empire State Building in NY to see the view, but there is always something that is blocking the sight.
The fences or the windows which kinda is a bummer.
You cannot really immerse with the city.
It’s like putting a condom when you are having the greatest love of all.
At Juvia, that is not the case. Juvia offers a view that is open and inhibited.
The View Will Make You Wow, But the Music will Make you YAS!
On top of that, the music is on fleek. If you are a guy who listens to Chill Channel on Sirus XM, you are the one who gotta go here.
The music is tropical, lounge, chill house music where you don’t have to fist pump and can actually talk to people, but a relaxing but still trendy music.
At times it feels surreal that you forget that you are in a real world.

Let’s talk about the food.
Probably because of the view and where it is, the food is overly priced, so be prepared when you get the bill.
The portions are just enough to fill you up (Not full, but feel like you didn’t eat too much that you are ok for now filling).
Juvia serves from Japanese fusion, Korean influenced dishes to steaks.
But Since it’s a Japanese Korean fusion restaurant you should focus on the Japanese Korean fusion menu rather than the steaks.

- Tuna or Salmon Tartare : $25
- Wagyu Short Rib Gyoza : $26
- Spicy Tuna Crispy RIce : $26

Sea bass and the ribs were good, but key lime pie was absolutely gorgeous.
The gyoza definitely needs its own paragraph.
I usually am satisfied with a three dollar dumpling next to my home (it’s called Siz-in-Pan – it is juicy and cheap).
But this gyoza is something. It is so tender inside and the juice just filled my mouth.
And the parsnip puree just gives extra richness to the taste.
It is a price of an entrees and I also do think it is ridiculous that a dumpling can be $29.
But if you happened to give up 7 Starbucks coffee this week for this, go for it! It is worth a try.
If the Price Is Stopping You, Go for Lunch or Brunch
But if you are worried about the price tag of the food, I would suggest to go for lunch or brunch.
It might not be the view you would see at night with all the lights, but it is still amazing.
It’s a excellent value and you will realize you will be back for dinner in the future. We will for sure.
This is definitely a place if you want to impress your date and show off a little or going on a second date where you have to make it up cause you ruined the first one.
