Kalbi London is another All-You-Can-Eat (unlimited) Korean BBQ restaurant. I know buffet style restaurants are not germ-safe, but this unlimited Korean BBQ restaurant is a bit different.

Let me explain.
Kalbi London
With many Korean restaurants opening left and right, I truly believe London is leading the Korean food scene in Europe.
Among many types of Korean restaurants, all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ is on the rise.
It is already big in Los Angeles, but seeing Jumak 39 and Ktown BBQ doing extremely well even during pandemic gave me a big smile.

But there is always a lingering feeling of using the tongas at buffet during this time. I feel like it can be passing germs around.
So this is where Kalbi London comes in.
Kalbi London is an un-limted Korean BBQ Restaurant, but instead of buffet, they bring it to your table.

I really enjoyed this concept more than the buffet.
Ok, there is a bit of a hassle waving at the waiter for a refill, but I felt more safe and comfortable than fighting through the crowd at buffet and sharing the tong with 100 other people.
Tips at Kalbi London
Because it is a bit different than buffet, there are few things you should know.
If you want beef, there is an extra charge and you have to order it at the start (I am not sure why they make you do this though).
If you don’t specify what meat you want, they will bring everything from the menu. So make sure to tell what meats you DON’T want, so they can take it out when they serve you.
