Did you know there is a small secret Korean street food restaurant underneath Centre Point supermarket in London?
Centre Point Supermarket
Centre Point supermarket is one of my favourite Asian (Korean) supermarket in London.Â
The biggest reason is unlike many other Korean supermarkets, Centre Point carries side dishes which is so convenient when you just want a simple food at home.Â
Also, they have more choices on vegetable and meats in general.Â
I think the reason is because they have a street food restaurant downstairs where they actually use the ingredients from the supermarket.Â

So, if you go all the way in the supermarket, you will see a staircase that goes downstairs.Â
Yes, there is a small Korean street food restaurant downstairs.Â
This is where you can get Tteokbokki to Jjajangmyeon.
The food quality is not the best, but that is the whole point of Korean street food. Cheap, fast and easy to order.Â
I think woojung is true to its heart when they say street food. You know when you have a Korean corn dog at Bunsik, it costs 7 pounds and it feels like that is too expensive for a street food (it just goes against the meaning of street food).Â
