Monohon is MY favourite Japanese ramen restaurant in London and it is also all my friends’ favourite. why? Monohon ramen menu has these dishes that other Japanese ramen restaurant don’t have.
Location and Opening Time
Monohon ramen is near Old st station. You need to get out at exit 4 and then cross the street (because of construction).
The opening times are limited :
- Mon – Fri -> 12:00 – 14:15 / 18:00–21:30
- Sat : 18:00–21:30
- Sun : Closed

Mentaiko (cod roe) Cream Mazemen is one of them. It is not watered down and has a strong fishy taste. It is a soup-less ramen.
They also have Mentaiko (cod roe) cream ramen.
I prefer the soup-less one, but my friends thought it was too creamy and preferred the soup one.
The most popular dish among my friends and I are :
- Mentaiko Cream Mazemen : my favourite
- Mentaiko cream ramen : my friends prefer this
- Taiwan Maze Soba : they also have a mop up rice where you can make it into a fried rice with left over sauce
- The Big Boy Spicy Special : Before I used to get this with level “Spicy.” It really is spicy. Like hiccup spicy.
