Motomura Gyukatsu Price and Menu

I have only been to Motomura Gyukatsu in Japan, so I am not sure what other Gyukatsu restaruatns are like, but I tried in London and it is nothing close to Motomura.

With a height of 170cm, and I ordered 195g.

I think I could’ve ordered 130g, but then I might have felt it would not be enough.

The below picture is 195g Gyukatsu. The girl next to me had 130g and it was just one line.

How to Cook Gyukatsu

If you order Gyukatsu, you will get a hot stone.

You have to wait till the stone gets hot.

You can just put the meat before the stone gets hot, but seems like the meat gets stuck if it is not hot enough.

When the stone is hot, put your meat one by one with like 20 – 30 second interval, so you can eat one while the other ones are being cooked.

I put it every 20 seconds.

now you can eat it with your liking. If you like it more cooked, you can leave it on the stone longer.
