- 11 Howard gym is a typical hotel gym with few essential equipment, but they partnered with UFC GymUFC Gym (which is really close; map below) where you can use it free of charge.
- It is a five star hotel with quality rooms, but having more than 200 rooms can be tricky.
- Some rooms will not be as good as others. Make sure to ask for rooms that are not facing the South or West Side as there is a huge fan constantly blowing and the noise will kill you!
- Also, make sure not to get the room right above the 11 Howard hotel club, Blonde, unless you will be attending the bar, as it gets noisy

Like a lot of new hotels, front desks are becoming more immersed (non-existent lol) with the lobby. It makes it more free spirited, but also slightly confusing.
ROOMS
Most of the rooms offer oversized windows with a view of Lafayette street or the quiet Howard st. Also higher you go up, you will be able to see the Empire State Building. The room is decorated with double weave wool bed throws and ceramic sculptures that make it feel like the Asia that meets the West. The bathrooms are small but the marble and the brass make it look like you are at a fancy home.
