Sometimes you get tired of hotel breakfast, if you eat it more than few days. So today I want to recommend my best cheap breakfast South Beach I go all the time. You will not regret it.

Big Pink Miami
You probably know this beautiful restaurant. Most people go to Big Pink for lunch but their breakfast is also really good.
The portion is out of control and their menu has more than 200 list.

I used to go to the gym, Equinox, not far from Big Pink Miami. So after a hard(?) work out I always ended up at Big Pink which was a disaster lol.
One of my favourite romantic comedy movie, Something about Mary had a scene here too.
Big Pink opens from 8AM.
Puerto Sagua Restaurant
Puerto Sagua is my favourite restaurant to go in the morning and after getting drunk.
It is a Cuban restaurant that has been around since 1968.
Puerto Sagua Restaurant also has an extensive menu. My favourite is the oxtail stew and shredded beef the Cuban style (Ropa Vieja).
The oxtail stew reminded me of something I had in Korea, and just made it feel like I was back home. And yes, we eat oxtail stews in the morning 🙂
It opens from 7AM – 11PM, so you can go anytime of the day and will have good food.
Tropical Beach Cafe
Tropical Beach Cafe is a local Cuban restaurant.
I lived on Collins Park and Tropical Beach cafe was a 5 minute walk away.
It is just a very rundown looking cafe, but it was my jam.
There are few other cafes (and a very generous subway lol), but none of them can beat Tropical Beach cafe.
It is a cuban restaurant, and their breakfast is huge and tastey. The only thing is that their Cuban sandwich isn’t the best.
By the way, if their service is a bit slow, just kindly go up the counter and order.
Koreans are known to have no patience, and our ladies at Tropical Beach cafe like to take their time for us to read the menu.
So normally I go up to them and just put the menu.
If you want to have Cuban sandwich I would just recommend Puerto Sagua or Las Olas Cafe.
Ok on to Las Olas Cafe.
Las Olas Cafe
If you ask me where to get the best Cuban sandwich, I will say Las Olas cafe.
It is just a local (?) cafe, and their cuban sandwich is absolutely fabulous.
You can see all the people posting amazingly long Cuban sandwich here.
They are famous for their Cuban sandwich but all the other menu is really good. Even their Croissant.
It is spread out on South beach so have a little stroll for your breakfast sandwich with your cortadito.
Panthers Coffee
Panthers Coffee is the hottest place in Miami (Especially the on the bayside where Pubelly and Lucali is also at).

I used to go there for coffee cause it was just a short drive (I know in Miami, you drive to even get coffe lol).
It where the hot rich moms like to go after their Barry’s workout.
Somehow I never bothered to take any pictures at Panthers Coffee. Maybe cause I was too embarrassed? I don’t know lol.
So here is me hold the cup far far away from Panthers Coffee. They also have a chain in Wynwood and South Beach.
