One Kanadaya Ramen Menu That Michelin Star Chef Praised

If you have to choose one Japanese ramen restaurant in London, it would be Kanadaya. And Kanadaya ramen menu has dishes you have to order.

When I went to Araki, a three Michelin star Japanese restaurant, he said Kanadaya was his favourite.

Kanadaya Locations

Kanadaya is already a pretty well known Japanese ramen restaurant in Japan that expanded to Hong Kong.

Now they have opened six locations in London – Angel, Piccadilly, Ealing, Covent Garden and Carnaby Street

Kanadaya Ramen Menu & Dishes You Should Order

Gekikara and Tonkotsu X is the most

  • Tonkotsu X
  • Gekikara : pork and corn fed chicken bone broth, spicy ‘tan-tan’ minced pork
  • Chashu-men : pork bone broth, chashu pork collar
  • Spicy Yuzu : pork and corn fed chicken bone broth, chashu pork collar, spicy yuzu paste
  • Abura Soba

Abura Soba is a soupless ramen and Monohon does the best. But I haven’t seen Abura at Kanadaya. I haven’t tried it, so I don’t know how it taste. Please let me know below comment if you have 😉
