Speedboat bar London was one of the most viral restaurant in 2022. Even for me, because on dish at Speedboat bar London menu got me crazy.

I haven’t tried all of it, but whatever I had was absolutely gorgeous.
The dishes that are popular are :
- Chicken Skin
- Sweetcorn fritter
- Minced Beef with Basil
- Clams with Chilli Jam
- Fried Rice
- Beef Tongue & Tendon Curry
But the reason Speedboat bar became viral is the Tom Yam Mama.
Tom Yam Mama is very similar to one of the most famous restaurant in Thailand called, Jeh-O-Chula.
Jeh O Chula sells tomyam ramen, and when I had it it blew my mind cause it was so flavourful (Even though I had to wait almost two hours).
I thought the Tom Yam Mama at Speedboat was as good or even better.

If you are planning to go to Speedboat Bar, you HAVE to order Tom Yam Mama.
I haven’t tried the drinks, but below is the drink menu.
I went for lunch so I was able to get lunch special which was 9 pounds (Only Monday – Wednesday)
Speedboat Bar Vibe
I don’t know who did this, but it is like the mix of old and modern Thailand.
If you go to Bangkok, there are many restauarnt run by young generation that keeps the vibe of old Thailand while having the modern feeling (for example, Charm or The Never Ending Summer)
Opening Time and Location
Opening Times are :
- Monday – Thursday : 12:00 PM –3:oo PM, 5:30 PM–12 AM
- Friday – Saturday : 12:00PM – 1:00AM
- Sunday : Closed
They also have happy hours from 5:30PM – 7:00PM and 11:00PM – 12:00AM (or fri – sat, 1:00AM).
