One tip is that they give you even better rate if you give them 100 dollar bills.
Or another way is just use your debit card to cash out money.
There are Santander bank, Citi bank, HSBC and more at the airport.

They will only charge about 5 dollars and my friend got 100 dollars with 2,000 pesos which I thought it was a pretty good deal.
