Direct Bus from Miami to Key West
The cheapest and easiest is to get on a direct bus (Greyhound).
The round trip bus will cost about 30 – 40 dollars (one way trip will cost about 15 dollars).
The only problem is that you have to go to Miami Airport to get the bus and will drop you off at Key West airport.
For a day trip, taking a grey hound bus is useless, but if you are planning to stay longer than a full day, Grey hound is the best choice.
South Beach to Miami Geyhound Terminal (Miami Airport)
Getting to Miami airport takes only about 15 – 20 minutes by Uber or LYFT. It will cost about 20 – 30 dollars to get to Miami airport from South Beach.
If you are on a budget, you can get a shuttle which will only cost about $2.65. You can check the route here.

Key West Terminal (Key West Airport) to Downtown Duval St
From Key West Airport to Duval St is only about 5 – 10 minutes ride on Uber / LYFT ($20)
You can take the SL bus to Duval ($2) which will only take about 10 minutes as well.
I just want to say though if you are on a budget and will take the shuttles to get to point a to b, Greyhound is not a bad choice.
But if you are going to take an Uber or LYFT to the Greyhound terminal, I would just recommend you to also consider flights or rental cars.

First, I want to say is that the last thing you want to do is to buy it off from a kiosk. They will hustle you to pay more with add ons where you can actually buy it cheaper online.
It is best to buy the add ons separately rather through the tour companies. We are young enough and smart enough to buy the tours ourselves.
You will get about 7 hours total on Key West. A lot of people opt in for snorkelling and boat rides. But please don’t do that.
The operators will sell you hard on hop on hop off and all that but just say no.
They have lovely beaches but you can see the beaches in Miami. Skip the beaches and go for the Hemingway sightseeing.

So Which Miami to Key West Bus Reviews have the highest rating.
The best tour was from Viator. There are services fro Get Your Guide and Klook, but I think Viator has the most reliable system for this.
Klook actually has better reviews but if you compare to how many people have reviewed, Viator is a much better choice. Also it is cheaper.
So I would recommend Viator. But if you have been on any other buses, please share it below so we can build some reputable bus companies to recommend!
