Miami Steak scene is nothing like New York, but you can still find amazing steak in Miami if you know where to go. Since some restaurants like Quality Meats closed down, I have re-arranged my the top 6 steak in South Beach in 2021.
Prime 112
Prime One Twelve is the absolute number 1 steak in South Beach.
Their porter house is one of the best steak I have ever had.
I mean Seth Rogan was eating behind us, and don’t you think like a big celebrity will just go to some mediocre steakhouse.
The interior has a bit more classy vibe like the Peter Lugar in Brooklyn, but doesn’t have that intimidation feel.
If you are looking for really good steak Prime 112 is your place.
Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann
Los Fuegos is inside the most luxurious hotel in Miami, Faena hotel.
@rollinjoint Would you spend $1,000 for a night at a hotel 🏩 ##faenamiami ##luxuryhotel ##faenahotel ##5starhotel ##miami ##traveltok ##hotels ##traveltiktok
If you want the ambiance and a great steak this is a place to go.
It is right next to the famous bar, Living Room, where you will see people enjoying their moment and live music.
It really is one of a kind experience. The food and drinks are quite expensive, so be ready to be shocked when you see the bill.

It is an Argentinian Steakhouse, and barbecue (Parillada) is a big thing.
It is quite expensive but if you can, you should order their parillada menu.
We ordered the seafood and meat parillada and it was absolutely tastey and a great experience.
It doesn’t end there. Also you can go see the 15 million dollar Mammoth in Faena hotel.
LT STEAK
LT Steak is not as fancy as Los Fuegos but this is a restaurant you can go casually.
It is on Ocean Drive and the best is to sit outside and see the people go by.
Becasue of its accessiblity, I have been to LT Steak many times when I have only been to Prime 112 and Los Fuegos just once.
It used to be called BLT Steakhouse, but I am not sure why it has changed to LT. Because LT Steakhouse was still serving BLT famous” popover bread.
I even went to the one in Korea, and it was equally amazing. Even though you had to pay double the price what you pay in Miami.
It is also on Ocean Drive, so you can easily go party after the steak.

Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse
Fogo de Chao is a famous Brazilian steakhouse where you can find it at almost all big cities.
I like it here cause they have unlimited steak menu. You can just eat and eat and eat.
They also have a salad bar, I really restricted myself from going there (Their salad bar is also amazing as well).
You get a little card where you can flip over and say I want to be served, or flip it again when you want to be served.
Not only I was stuffed and had to go home for a nap but it was also a great experience interacting with different servers bringing different meat.
Red Steak
When I go for steak, it was always LT Steakhouse, but I just wanted to change to scenery a bit.
And I heard Red Steak was good. The steak was good, but I was impressed with their side dishes.
French Onion Soup, the Mac’n Cheese and the truffle whipped potatoes were to die for.
If you are side dish person, Red Steak is a place to go.
La Ventana Colombian Restaurant
This is not a steakhouse, but a Colombian restaurant.
They have the best Colombian food, but their steak is under-appreciated.
One of the popular meat cut in Korea is skirt steak and also my favourite meat cut.
The 10z angus steak was not only massive but with the perfect seasoning it was just heaven.
If you are on a budget and still want some good steak, I would definitely recommend La Ventana.
